To ensure the creation of the perfect cap sample prior to mass production, it is necessary for you to provide us with a comprehensive tech pack Cap Design.
A tech pack serves as a detailed document containing all the essential information required for the production of your headwear sample or cap design.
It should include:
- The style (baseball cap/panel hat/trucker…)
- Panel construction (4/5/6/7 panels or high/medium/low profile…)
- Fabric type (cotton/nylon/lether…)
- Fabric color (specific Pantone #)
- All details pertaining to your logo(s) (size, position, type of embellishment…)
- Logos must be provided in vector format (original Illustrator file, not jpeg)
You can either complete our provided blank tech pack, or we can collaborate on your existing tech pack or mock-up.
