How to place order?
To order cap bulk, first select the style and quantity, confirm design drawings and specifications. After confirming the order details and price, pay the deposit or full payment. Then, wait for the production team to make samples and confirm them. Once it is confirmed that the sample meets the requirements, the production team will start producing bulk goods. Finally, after quality inspection and packaging, the hats will be ready for shipment.
1. Send us your inquiry
Sending your requirements is very simple, just upload your logo and describe your order. You can easily upload the logo file through our website or email system and indicate the order details such as quantity, style, color, etc. in the description. Our team will provide you with a customized service based on the information you provide and ensure that your needs are met.
2. We will make a simple design for you cap
We will make a cap mockup with your logo. You can check whether it is the design you want.
3. Get a detailed quotation
Once the logo design, hat type and quantity are confirmed, you will receive a detailed quotation
4. Make Sample
We will quote you based on your target quantity. Once the customer agrees on the price and technical package details, we can start sampling:
（1）Prepare logo embellishment
（2）Preparing for logo embellishment
（3）Embroidery: Digitize the logo of our embroidery machine
（4）Printing: Send to our printing supplier based on print type
（5）Mold: Send to our mold supplier according to mold type
Once all the materials are ready, prototype hats are made in the sample room (cutting the fabric according to the pattern specific to the hat style, sewing different panels, brim, sweatband, tape, different woven labels, closures, eyelets, buttons, … )
Please note that we need customer assistance during the entire proofing stage as customers need to confirm all the different processes with us, such as fabric color confirmation and sample card color confirmation, embroidery sewing confirmation, mold drawing confirmation, product confirmation . Different woven labels… We hope that customers can follow the progress of the proofing stage with us while confirming all the details the customer wants in order to produce the correct sample the first time.
5. Bulk Order
Once the customer confirms the sample, we will send the customer an invoice for the deposit payment. After the customer confirms the sample, we cannot change anything, then we will proceed to mass production. Delivery time or production time is about 25-35 days
6. Package and shipping
We send the packing list/commercial invoice to the customer and ask the customer for the contact information of their freight forwarder. After the customer pays the balance, we arrange the freight forwarder to load the order.
